Vegetable Garden Diagram

update: Roots are taken care of. I (with Miles’s help) put up some posts for a cucumber trellis yesterday. I’m going to try to plant the cucumbers today.

I am working on a diagram of my vegetable garden.
Only the garlic is planted so far, but I have a lot of other things to plant, so I thought it would be helpful to plan where to plant them.

6525 Vegetable Garden Spring 2007

Like theirs ends?

The pain of being born into matter.
With sun’s warmth wasted on a stone,
Seized from creation by nonentity,
To run, as in the time of the bee,
seeking What I have in my hands,
these flowers,
these shadows.

From what distant point of vision?
whose soft bristles graze the top-racks?

To try that,
To hold a terrifying beast.
That rings, with faithful tongue, its pious note.

Beneath the snowflakes I notice fades.
I am sleeping, and dreaming, and wandering along
To follow in the path of their brief blossoming
When I am heard, and what I say is solely
Dim, and die tonight,

Silence.
Your way of being.
Your way of seeing.
Choces, Me and Pe?
Undreaming, even of fields.

Among us, only Alberti, then Sangallo,
The road, but not far enough ahead,
Appendices.
