I must note here that measuring things always changes them to some degree, so keep that in mind. Also keep in mind that I feel like I’m getting sick right now and I’m really trying not to. That alters my eating habits a bit.
I decided to include physical activities too, since that is pretty intricately woven into this whole metabolism deal.
